Sign-in & access

Distinguish a sign-in problem from an invitation, account, team, or permission problem.

Start with what you can see. A failed sign-in, a missing team, and a page you cannot open have different fixes.

You cannot complete sign-in

If your password is not working, reset it from the Bidlo sign-in screen:

  1. Enter the email associated with your Bidlo account.
  2. Select the password-reset option.
  3. Check your inbox for the password-reset email. Check filtered or junk mail if it does not appear.
  4. Open the newest reset email, follow its link, and create a new password.
  5. Return to Bidlo and sign in with the new password.

If the link has expired, request one new reset email and use the newest message. If your organization uses single sign-on instead of a Bidlo password, reset your password through that account provider or contact your administrator.

Your invitation is pending or missing

  • Open the newest invitation while signed in with the exact invited email.
  • Check filtered and junk mail.
  • Ask a team owner to confirm the address under SettingsPeopleInvites.
  • Avoid requesting several duplicate invitations before the owner checks the pending one.

You signed in but the team is missing

Confirm that you used the correct work account. Ask a team owner to verify that you are an active member of the intended team, not only a member of another workspace.

The team opens but a page or app does not

This is usually an access-scope problem rather than sign-in. Check:

  • whether the page is private or public;
  • whether it belongs to the current team;
  • whether your team role permits the action;
  • whether an embedded custom app has separate viewer access.

Escalate with useful evidence

If the problem remains, provide the time, invited email domain, team name, browser, page or app name, and the exact visible error. Include a cropped screenshot only after removing one-time codes, secrets, and unrelated data.

FAQs

I can sign in, so why is a team, page, or app still missing?

Sign-in confirms your account, but access is scoped separately. Check that you used the invited email, opened the correct team, and have access to the specific page or app.
