If you are trying Bidlo out, start on Hobby — it is free and needs no card. Individual suits a single estimator who wants full agent limits. Teams adds shared project context, central billing, and SSO once more than one person is bidding. Enterprise is for organizations that need pooled usage, procurement-friendly billing, and access controls.
Individual and Teams plans can be paid monthly or yearly by card, and yearly billing is charged once for the year. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice or purchase order.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of agent activity. If you need more than your plan includes, you can enable usage-based billing and only pay for what you use beyond the allowance. You can set a spending limit, and usage-based billing stays off until you turn it on.
Prices shown exclude sales tax and VAT. Any tax that applies in your jurisdiction is calculated at checkout and shown on your invoice.
Teams and Enterprise plans include a usage dashboard showing activity by member and by project, so administrators can see where agent usage is going, manage seats, and set limits.
Your project data is used to run the work you ask for. Privacy mode is available on every paid plan and can be enforced organization-wide on Teams and Enterprise. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.
