Team is a mid-size office that wants higher agent limits, MCPs, skills and hooks, and an in-person launch. Enterprise is a multi-office contractor that wants AI forecasting, unlimited automations, API access and a quarterly business review.
Bidlo is priced per seat, by package, on an annual contract, and the assessment sets all three. Two contractors of the same size rarely need the same package, so one price here would put half of them on the wrong plan.

Packages are billed annually by invoice, with a purchase order if your office needs one. Additional seats can be added at any time and are billed monthly.

Every team has an activity page showing who ran what and when, and roles are set per member from Settings. Seats are added and moved from the same place.
Project data runs the work you ask for and nothing else. Agents write back only through the approval gates you set, and connections to HCSS, Viewpoint and the rest are held on Bidlo’s servers, never in the browser. Bidlo does not share your data outside your organization.
