Update your preferred name, profile image, and phone number, and find your account identifiers.

Keep the personal details teammates see in Bidlo current.

Update your profile

  1. Open Settings → Profile.
  2. Select your profile icon to upload a new image, or remove the current image when needed.
  3. Edit Preferred name.
  4. Add or update Phone number if your organization uses it.
  5. Click outside the box and make sure the new value remains.

Profile fields save as you finish editing them; there is no separate Save button on this page.

Understand the account information

Your email is displayed as account information and is not edited from this profile form. User ID is a stable identifier you can copy when support asks for it.

Do not publish your user ID or include personal account details in a public screenshot.

If a change does not remain

  • Reopen Settings → Profile and try one field at a time.
  • Confirm that the uploaded image uses a common supported format.
  • Refresh once and check the value again.
  • Capture the visible error without exposing personal details before contacting support.
