Activity & usage

Review team adoption, flow activity, and a member's recent changes without treating usage as performance scoring.

Use the Activity report to understand how the team is using Bidlo and where someone may need onboarding or access help.

Review the report

  1. Open SettingsActivity.
  2. Choose Users or Flows when both tabs are available.
  3. Select the reporting period, such as Last 12 months.
  4. Review the activity heatmap and total event count.
  5. Select a member to inspect the activity details available for that person.

Depending on the data available, the report can include sessions, time in the platform, and recent changes. A blank report can mean there is no activity in the chosen period, not that access is broken.

Interpret activity carefully

Use the report to answer operational questions such as:

  • Has the team started using the workspace?
  • Does a teammate need help getting signed in?
  • Did activity occur around a recent rollout?
  • Which recent changes should an administrator inspect?

Usage volume does not measure work quality, productivity, or work completed outside Bidlo. Do not use a single metric as a performance score.

If activity looks incomplete

  • Confirm the reporting period.
  • Check the Users and Flows tabs separately.
  • Confirm that the person belongs to the current team.
  • Allow recent activity time to appear before treating it as missing.
  • Use the underlying page or record when you need to verify its current value.

FAQs

Does a blank activity report mean someone has lost access?

Not necessarily. It can mean there was no activity in the selected period or that recent activity has not appeared yet. Confirm the person belongs to the current team before treating it as an access problem.
