Contractors & bidders
Use a project's Bidders field to review both recorded bidders and model-estimated bidder relationships, then open a contractor to compare its connected work.
Review bidders on a project
- Open the project you are reviewing.
- Find the
Biddersrelation field. - Review the linked contractors. Bidlo marks model-estimated relationships as
Estimated; recorded relationships remain unmarked. - Select a contractor to open its record and review the relationship in context.
The same Bidders field can contain recorded and estimated relationships.
Show only recorded bidders in a view
- Open a Projects view that includes the
Biddersfield. - Open the
Biddersfield menu. - Select
Hide estimates.
The view removes estimated bidder relationships from that field while keeping recorded relationships visible.
Review contractor context
On the contractor record, use the available views to compare work such as:
Wonfor recorded winning results;Lostfor recorded non-winning results;Biddingfor current bid relationships;Subfor subcontractor context;Peoplefor connected contacts.
Open a related project when you need the original dates, owner, items, bid tabs, or files. Return to the contractor record to compare like-for-like history rather than relying on one project.
Use the information to review competitors
Bidlo can help you review recorded bidders and model-estimated bidder relationships alongside a contractor's connected work. It does not automatically establish competitor rank, market share, capacity, intent, or an alerting model. Treat estimated relationships as leads to verify, not confirmed bids.
If a bidder or contractor is missing
- Confirm that you are looking at the correct project.
- If you expected an estimated bidder, check whether
Hide estimatesis enabled for theBiddersfield in the current view. - Search globally for the contractor to rule out a naming difference.
- Check whether bidder results have been recorded for the project.
- Report a missing relationship instead of creating a duplicate contractor.
