Find & organize apps
Use the Apps area to find the custom tools available in your current team, open the right one, and keep the list recognizable as it grows.
Open an app from the sidebar
- Select
Appsin the sidebar. - If the app list is collapsed, select the
Appssection heading to expand it. - Find the app by name. Bidlo lists the apps you can access in alphabetical order.
- Select the app. It opens in the main area.
The Apps area is team-specific. If you belong to more than one team, switch to the team that owns the app before looking for it.
Search for an app
- Open
Appsin the sidebar. - Select
Search. - Enter the app's name in the command palette.
- Review the matches and select the app you want to open.
Rename an app
Use a name that describes the app's job. For example, Weekly project risk review is easier to recognize than Project app.
- Open
Appsin the sidebar. - Hover over the app and select
More(•••). - Select
Rename. - Enter the new name.
- Press
Enter, or select outside the name field, to save it.
The renamed app moves to its new alphabetical position.
Keep the Apps section compact
The Apps area uses one flat, alphabetical list. It doesn't provide folders or manual drag-and-drop ordering.
Select the Apps section heading to collapse the list. Select it again to expand the list.
Copy a direct link
- Open
Appsin the sidebar. - Hover over the app and select
More(•••). - Select
Copy link. - Paste the link into the place where you keep work references, or send it to an intended collaborator.
Copying a link doesn't change who can access the app.
Start a new app
Select New app when no existing app fits the job. Bidlo opens an app-builder chat where you can describe the interface and workflow you want. The app appears in the list after the builder saves it for the first time.
If an app is missing
- Confirm that you're working in the team where the app was created.
- Select
Searchand search for the exact app name. - Ask the owner whether the app is private, shared with selected users, or available through an app link.
- If the app opens but shows older behavior than the editor sees, ask the editor to confirm that the latest version is
Live.
