Put more agents to work

This week, Bidlo’s agents get a facelift, show you where they’re working, and make it easier to keep several tasks moving at once. The rebuilt agent button brings parallel conversations together, and app builds can finish in the background while you move on.

#Meet your agents—and see them at work

Agents have a new look—and a more visible role in your work. They can read and update your pages, and their avatars appear on the pages where they’re working. You can see where an agent is active instead of wondering what’s happening behind the chat.

The refreshed animated avatars also show when an agent is thinking or working, making its progress easier to follow.

#Run more than one agent at a time

The rebuilt agent button keeps multiple conversations within reach. Start another agent while the first one works, then use the button to return to each conversation and see which agents are still working or need attention.

Keep several tasks moving at once without waiting for one conversation to finish before starting the next.

#Build apps in parallel, then come back to the results

Kick off an app build, then start another or get back to your project work. Builds keep running in the background after you close the builder or move to another page—even if you reload the tab.

Each app shows a “Still building…” or “Publishing…” indicator and updates when the work finishes. Click the indicator to reopen that builder’s conversation. You can fire off the work and come back to the result.

#Workflows

• Ask the canvas agent to draw your bid process, connect items by their labels, or tidy a board while keeping manually placed cards where they are.

• Test an agent’s full flow step with proposed changes listed instead of applied, and see clearer completion and failure details.
• Agents running in Flows can read and update project data, and an unfinished agent step is reported as failed.
• Choose notifications for every flow run or only failures, add steps and templates from the canvas + menu, and organize flows into Public and Private sections.
• Let a Flow’s Agent Task open, edit, and save Excel, Word, and PDF files, with the assistant asking whether a new change-triggered flow should also run on records that already match.

#Views and data

• Compare number columns in color rules, keep new tables in page tabs after refresh, and remove deleted fields from every view that used them.
• Keep conditional colors in PDF exports and apply rules to location fields and every item in a relation column.

#Pages and navigation

• Ask the assistant to move views between project tabs, rename tabs, or reorder views, with confirmation before removing a tab that still holds views.

• Use the side panel’s back arrow to return from a project file to the project without closing the panel.

• Open pages faster, especially the first page after a break, while heavier tools load when you need them.
• Move between teams with immediate loading feedback, without a slow home feed freezing the app or pulling you back to Home.

• See a message when a page layout cannot be saved, and open document pages in Safari without a stray horizontal scrollbar.
• Use the full page width for dashboards in full-width collections and keep other fields visible when you tick a checkbox.
• See canvas edits from the agent immediately without reloading, and get clearer notices when a click does not reach the server or a new Bidlo version is ready.

#Custom apps and sharing

• Ask chat to share a page, app, or chat with a teammate or the whole team; it explains the change and asks for confirmation when invited people would lose access.

• Open the app builder immediately and keep your latest edits visible while the published version catches up.

• Give someone editor access to the app shown on a shared page, and open app History and Settings beside your work in the side panel.

• Use project map locations in apps again and receive inbox alerts for new app editor or owner access and failed runs of flows you created.
