This week, your sidebar keeps up with your team, app edits continue while you work elsewhere, and Flows can send more project files.
Keep your sidebar up to date
New pages, chats, agents, flows, and apps now appear in the sidebar without refreshing. When a teammate moves or removes a page, your lists update too. Shared pages arrive when access is granted and leave when sharing stops.
Stay on the project you’re reviewing while the navigation catches up around you. The demo shows an agent name updating in an already-open sidebar; the same release covers pages, shares, chats, flows, and apps.
Features and improvements
- App edits: Ask chat to change the app on the page you’re viewing; it keeps working on that app after you move to another page.
- Flow attachments: Email any file on a project, including public bid documents; large packages go out in a few numbered emails instead of failing.
- Sidebar navigation: Middle-click pages, chats, apps, or flows to open a new tab, and use the menu on shared pages to copy links or open a side panel.
- App building: Build an app without approval prompts at every step; approval is requested before rows are deleted.
Fixes
- Chat browser: Websites now open on the first try in a new chat instead of failing to start.
- Flow records: Query Documents now carries every file and related record on a project, rather than stopping at the first ten.
- Apps and chat: Opening the agent chat beside an app no longer reloads the app you’re looking at.
