Put bids in the order your team needs
This week: put bids in the order your team needs, connect HCSS estimates to project line items, and edit your apps through chat.
Put bids in the order your team needs
Drag rows and cards into the order you want across tables, lists, boards, galleries, and calendars. Move a bid into another status group to update it, or select several records and move them together. Your order stays with the team after a reload. If the view is sorted, Bidlo asks before switching to manual order.
Connect HCSS estimates to project line items
When an HCSS estimate item has a project and pay-item code, Bidlo links it to the matching project item or creates one when needed. New items carry the available description, takeoff quantity, unit, and material. The import's finishing pass also fills eligible missing links from earlier imports, so priced work can appear under the project without a fresh import.
Edit your apps through chat
Open an app and choose Edit, or ask a chat to change it. Describe the change in the chat bar and review the updated preview while Bidlo publishes it in the background. The Builder mode strip keeps publication status, History, and Settings nearby. Open History to inspect an earlier version or restore it when needed.
What else changed
- Shared views update live across app tabs, while different simultaneous edits can both be preserved.
- Add plans and photos directly from Files views or empty file pages.
- Reuse custom colors across tags, icons, note highlights, and formatting.
- Keep bulk actions and view tabs within reach while scrolling long tables.
- Published apps keep showing their Bidlo data after saves and refreshes.
- Keep your selected Views tab and scroll position when refreshing or opening a page in full.
- Timeline side tables inherit your table columns, and resizing a bar avoids accidental dependencies.
- Table rows stay visible after closing the side panel, and failed view saves show a clear error.
- Reapplying an auto tag updates projects without the previous relation error.
- Finished chats notify you on other pages, and new chats open without a misleading missing-page message.
- App previews show your latest changes reliably, with builder controls below the chat input.
- The app builder remembers your model choice and carries your request when switching into editing.
- Canvas collaboration stays connected as you move around the board.
- See queued, running, and finished flow totals at a glance.
- Formula cells update more reliably after row deletions and large imports.
