Give Flow agents more time
This week, give Flow agents more time to finish, ask chat to research bidding websites, and bring Sage 100 Contractor data into the conversation.
Give Flow agents more time
Agent Task steps in Flows can now work for up to two hours, keeping their files between rounds. Export a whole collection into the agent’s workspace for analysis instead of reading a hundred rows at a time.
Shared team Flows also stay separate from personal Dropbox, Box, and Sheets connections, so a teammate’s login no longer blocks sharing.
Find bidding resources from chat
Send the assistant a website link and say what you need. It can now open pages, use filters and buttons, and read downloaded exports. The video shows finding official TxDOT bidding-resource links and reviewing the resulting checklist.

Ask about your Sage jobs
Connect Sage 100 Contractor and ask about jobs, daily field reports, labor hours, and billing from your company database. Setup uses a SQL login through Bidlo’s fixed-IP relay; queries are read-only. Ask which foreman filed the most reports or how reported quantities compare with contract quantities.
Features and improvements
- Canvas: Add a document, project, or file with the toolbar’s + button, or place it where you right-click.
- Notes: Give toggle blocks an editable title and open or close them with one click.
- Sidebar: An empty Agents section now offers an “Add an agent” button.
Fixes
- Grouped tables: Project-page groups keep showing rows beyond the first 50.
- Maps: Saving a travel-range area or drawn shape no longer crashes the page.
- Chat attachments: Large text and HTML files are saved to Files instead of overrunning the prompt.
