Work with agents in live Excel files
Open and edit Excel files directly inside Bidlo. You and your agents can work in the same live workbook, with changes appearing in the document as you go.
Ask an agent to update a worksheet while you review cells and formulas alongside it. Keep the workbook in your project instead of downloading it, editing it elsewhere, and uploading another copy.

Keep plan reviews in sync
See where teammates are pointing on maps and PDF plan sets, with their names beside their cursors. On PDFs, shapes, counts, comments, and page scales appear for everyone a moment after they’re saved—without a refresh.
Point at the detail you’re discussing and follow a takeoff as marks arrive. Typing into the PDF file itself still goes one person at a time.

Share a read-only app by link
Public links for custom apps are available again. Open the app’s Share menu, choose Publish, then select Public for anyone with the link or Team for signed-in teammates. The read-only link always shows the app’s current version.
Features and improvements
- Sage budget hours: Bring each job’s budgeted hours by cost code into Bidlo so a job summary can show budgeted hours beside actual hours.
- Daily field reports: Sync Sage report quantities day by day and item by item, then see what was installed in a job’s Detailed View.
- Flow reports: Email a custom app as a PDF on a schedule, such as a weekly project report.
- PDF navigation: Resize the page-thumbnail sidebar, jump to a page number, and find Search, Download, and Layers together beside Share.
Fixes
- App data: Saved-query values in custom apps now update automatically when data changes and load faster.
- Excel editing: Workbooks edited or exported in Bidlo no longer become slow to type in after being saved in Excel.
- Shared filters: Save for everyone now preserves filters and sorts even when you’ve just renamed the view.
