This week’s improvements help you check project numbers, keep connected data current, and share work with fewer interruptions.
Features and improvements
- Chat totals: Ask for a total, average, or count and chat now calculates it across every matching row in the database, instead of stopping at the first page of results.
- Sage 100 Contractor: Choose which Sage numbers map to your project fields in the Connected fields tab, then keep those fields up to date with a daily morning sync.
- Flow emails: Use your own HTML layout in a Send Notification step, including tables, clickable project names, and a custom button.
- Page history: Ask chat who changed a value on a page and when, and get an answer drawn from that page’s change history.
- Shared pages: Changes to filters on a page you share from Private now stay in your personal draft until you choose Save for everyone.
Fixes
- File previews: Word and Excel files added by an agent now show their preview as soon as they appear, without waiting for the agent to finish.
- Dashboards: Asking chat to change a dashboard no longer removes or breaks the app cards already on it.
- Email links: Clicking an email link inside an app or an HTML file now opens your email app.
